Can exercise help boost my testosterone?

In short, yes. But there are a lot of underlying factors here. For instance, lifting weights is the most effective form of exercise to boost testosterone, but there are other factors that play a role as well. Naturally, your body’s testosterone peaks in the early morning (this explains morning erections) so you get the most testosterone boosting benefits when you work out in the evening. Also, get into the habit of doing full body workouts, which has been shown to increase your testosterone more than just focusing on a single group of muscles. Lastly, lift heavy. Pick a weight at which you can only do 6-10 reps of your selected exercise for maximal testosterone benefits.
